My ocean-front condominium is beautifully decorated and is located on the first floor of a five floor complex. There are only 12 units on the property which means that it is generally a very quiet and very relaxing location. There are spectacular views of the pool and ocean from the kitchen, dining room, living room and master bedroom. The condo has 2 patios adjacent to the unit, one in front of the living room and one in front of the master bedroom, both are large enough to seat 6 for meals.

The patios are adjacent to the pool where there are comfortable lounge chairs available for the guests. A private secluded beach area is located on this property one flight of stairs below the pool. The sandy beach area has two palapas and a pergola for those people who want to look out over the ocean and also stay in the shade. There is plenty of room for sunning on this beach as well.

A ladder leads to the ocean where there is abundant sea life. Snorkelers enjoy eels, stingrays, trunkfish and a variety of other marine life. As the sun sets over the pool and the ocean it adds to the wonderful views that this condominium provides.

The condo is a mile from town so it is an easy walk to shops and restaurants. Inexpensive taxi cabs are also readily available in front of the condo. There are a lot of other interesting things to do on the island including scuba diving, golfing and site seeing. You’ll love the Mayan people, they are kind and thoughtful.
